Return and Refund Policy
If your item is damaged during shipping please contact us immediately upon receiving.
If you wish to return any product in a resaleable condition (see below), you should contact us once you received the product and return the product to us immediately. When returning the item please present the invoice or proof of purchase.
** Make sure that you have contacted us in advance or your refund will not be accepted.
A resaleable item:
- must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- must be with the original packaging, tags, certificates, manufacture warranty card, instructions, gifts and all other accessories etc.
** If we cannot receive the products within 14 days, we reserve the right to reject your returning of the products.
We only accept one return per order.
We will notify you the status of your refund as soon as we received and inspected the products. If eligible, we will immediately initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the refund within a couple of days depending on the processing time of your credit card.
* P&P charges are not refundable.
